Dinner:

Can I have dinner at the Hotel Adler?

• Since we are "only" a Bed & Breakfast, we only offer breakfast.
• We have many good restaurants very close to our hotel where you can have an excellent dinner.
  

Cancellation conditions:

What are the cancellation conditions?

Rooms can be cancelled under the following conditions:

• Up to 3 days before arrival (2 pm): Free of charge
• until 2 days before arrival (2 pm): 100% of the booking costs for group bookings of 3 rooms or more
• until 24 hours before arrival (2 pm) 100% of the booking costs

Children:

Are children welcome?

Children are welcome

• Children up to 2.99 years are free of charge as long as they stay in their parents' bed or in their own bed.
• An older child pays CHF 30.00 per night for an extra bed in the Junior Suite (pull-out sofa 140 cm wide).
• We do not have a play corner, children's toys or a children's playground.

Extra bed:

Can we book an extra bed

• We have a pull-out sofa in the Junior Suites (140 cm wide) for 1 -2 persons / children.

Car:

Where can I park my car

• We do not have our own parking spaces. Around the hotel (old town) you will find parking spaces, these are free of charge from 6 pm to 8 am. After that you may park for 2 hours.The parking spaces at the Untertor (bus parking) are free of charge from 6 pm - 10 am. You may park there all day for CHF 9.00. If you would like to park for longer than 3 days, you can buy a parking permit at the Residents' Registration Office for CHF 30.00.
  

Bike:

Where can I store my bike

• Our bike garage offers you wonderful space for your bikes. There are enough sockets, also Euro sockets for charging your e-bikes. And if your bike has run out of air, our in-house air pump is at your disposal.
• You will receive the key / code for the bike garage at self check-in.
